No matter what is the type of the countries – developed or in a process of development - they face very serious crisis. It is connected with the lack of talented specialists. That phenomenon decreases their productivity as the achievement an intelligent economic growth. The talantism and the talent relation are both discussed. A connection is made between human potential and economic growth emphasizing on the importance of human qualities in perspective for the creation of an effective and competitive economy.
