Summary
This article examines the strategic dimensions of healthcare in Bulgaria by analyzing the key challenges, management approaches, and opportunities for improvement in the field. The study uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze primary data collected through a survey of healthcare facility managers. The results underscore the necessity of more effective coordination, sustainable financing, a modernized regulatory framework, and enhanced support for healthcare personnel. The article proposes specific recommendations to improve strategic processes and the sustainability of the Bulgarian healthcare system.
