Summary
Psychological safety is a key factor for the effective functioning of modern organizations and teams. It influences the behavior of human resources, their performance and individual and team results, the achievement of short-term and long-term goals, the creation of innovations and increasing the competitiveness of organizations. This article examines the role of psychological safety in the workplace and its importance for the effectiveness of teams. A tool for assessing psychological safety in the team is presented, which includes five key dimensions of psychological safety and allows for quantitative and qualitative diagnostics at its level. Different levels of psychological safety are analyzed and specific recommendations for its improvement are proposed, which can be used by management to create and maintain high team effectiveness and organizational development.
