Summary
The subject of the study is the digital transformation in banking activities. The research examines the risk profile of digitalization in credit institutions and its consequences. An analysis of the efficiency of digital transformation in banking is conducted, and a toolkit for its evaluation is proposed. The thesis that is proven is that digitalization, on the one hand, provides innovations and conveniences, but on the other hand, it is accompanied by risks that require careful management, regulation, and technological protection by banks.
